I can program the hearing aids to your specific hearing loss before shipment if you can provide me a copy of your most recent hearing test/audiogram. If you do not have a HearingTest I can do a general programming but it is not as accurate. It would be based on a description of your hearing that you can provide me. You can always find a local provider that can program these hearing aids for you at any time.

These hearing Aids are brand new and have never been used.

The product shall be delivered using the Chinese manual and Chinese packaging (if you need the English version of the manual and product information, please contact the customer service to obtain)
