No worries! We will get the products delievered at your doorstep or refund your money.
.1. Order Processing and Shipping - Once your order is placed, it will be processed and forwarded for fulfillment. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible may be within 10 days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
2. Order Cancellations - Ask for cancellation and we will issue refund. But try to do early as possible.
3. Returns and Refunds - If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can submit a return or replacement request. To begin the return process, please provide a clear video showing the issue or reason for dissatisfaction with the product. Once we review and approve your request, you will be asked to send the product to the supplier's designated return location.
4. Buyer's Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to the supplier’s warehouse or designated location. Return shipping costs will not be covered by HomeDecorsHaven. The returned product must be in its original condition and reach the supplier's location within the specified timeframe.
5. Refund Process - Once the returned product is received and inspected by the supplier, we will confirm the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that the time taken to receive the refund may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
6. Replacement Requests -If you would like to replace a product, please follow the same procedure as outlined in the return process. Replacement eligibility will be subject to supplier approval and product availability.
7. Important Notes- Ensure returned products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. HomeDecorsHaven will not be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping. If the product is not received by the supplier's location, we will not be able to process your refund or replacement.All requests for returns, replacements, or refunds must comply with this policy and will be handled promptly upon receipt of the necessary information and returned goods.
